Pre-Treatment Instructions
- Avoid Motrin or NSAIDs for 48–72 hours before treatment
- Avoid alcohol 48 hours prior
- Discontinue supplements like Fish Oil, Vitamin E & D, Garlic, and other blood thinners 48–72 hours prior
- Notify your provider if you have a history of cold sores (you may be prescribed an antiviral)
- Arnica supplements may help to prevent bruising, contact your provider for further instructions.
Post-Treatment Care
- Avoid alcohol and exercise for 24–72 hours
- Avoid makeup for 24 hours post-treatment
- Sleep on your back for 24 hours to prevent product movement
- Avoid Ibuprofen 24-48; use Tylenol as directed if needed
