Pre-Treatment Preparation
Avoid 48–72 hours prior:
Motrin, NSAIDs, and alcohol
Blood-thinning supplements (Fish oil, Vitamin E, Garlic, etc.)
Avoid 7 days prior:
Retinoids, exfoliants, hydroquinone, or products with acids
Waxing, shaving, electrolysis, or laser treatments
Additional Notes:
Arrive with clean, product-free skin
Notify your provider if you have a history of cold sores
Pregnancy and breastfeeding are contraindications
Treatments may be delayed if you have recent infections, dental work, or vaccinations
Post-Treatment Care
Avoid direct sunlight and use SPF 30+ daily
Avoid exfoliants, acids, and retinoids for 1–2 weeks
